My Approach

As a psychologist, my main goal is to first ascertain your goals and objectives in meeting with me.


A number of evidence based therapies can be used throughout our time together,  so after your initial consultation (our first 50min visit), I will put together an individualised treatment plan incorporating the necessary therapies needed to achieve the best possible outcomes. 

These therapies can include; Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Acceptance & Commitment Therapy, Mindfulness Practices, Meditation and emphasis on overall wellbeing through diet and movement. Sometimes my recommendation may include a medical regime, at which time I will refer you to your GP to discuss further options. This regime will be included within your ongoing treatment plan with myself.

If and when necessary diagnostic tools are used to assess and report on more clinical or severe symptoms. I frequently work collaboratively with other healthcare and educational professionals to ensure an holistic approach to your success.
