FEES & PAYMENT
2026 Fees
Initial Consultation - $150 - 50min (all ages)
9am-5pm Session - $200 (3-12yrs) $210 (13-17yrs) $230 (adults)
After Hours - $20 surcharge p/h
Psychological Functional Capacity Assessment & Report - as per NDIS Fee schedule
Psychometric Assessment & Report - as per NDIS Fee schedule or APS recommendation
ADHD / ASD Assessment - as per NDIS Fee schedule or APS recommendation
Reports & Assessment fees are all based on the current NDIS Fee schedule or
suggested fee guide per the Australian Psychological Society (APS) - $318p/h.
Psychology Supervision fees for 4 +2 / 5+1 candidates are discussed per individual basis.
NDIS / Medicare
NDIS fees are invoiced to parents or plan managers.
(It is the responsibility of the client to know what services are covered in their individual plan).
Medicare rebates are allocated to the client following full payment. A receipt is provided and may be used to submit the Medicare claim.
Payment Details
Payments can be made through, Cash, Credit Card and Online Banking w/ receipt.
Clients are expected to pay for their session at the time of, or on the day of, their appointment.
Receipts for Medicare and other rebates will be made available in person or via email.
