FEES & PAYMENT
2026 Fees
Initial Consultation - $150 - 50min
9am-5pm Session - $230 - 50min
After Hours - $20 surcharge p/h
Travel - Minute / Km's - as per NDIS Fee schedule
Psychological Functional Capacity Assessment & Report - NDIS Review - $2,200approx.
Psychometric Assessment & Report - $2,200approx.
ADHD / ASD Assessment - $1,800approx.
Reports & Assessment fees are all based on the current NDIS Fee schedule or
suggested fee guide per the Australian Psychological Society (APS) - $318p/h.
Psychology Supervision fees for 4 +2 / 5+1 candidates are discussed per individual basis.
NDIS / Medicare
NDIS fees are invoiced privately to parents or plan managers. (It is the responsibility of the client to know what services are covered in their individual plan).
Medicare rebates are allocated to the client following full payment. A receipt is provided and may be used to submit the Medicare claim.
Payment Details
Payments can be made through, Cash, Credit Card and Online Banking w/ receipt.
Clients are expected to pay for their session at the time of, or on the day of, their appointment.
Receipts for Medicare and other rebates will be made available in person or via email.
