One-on-one sessions provide a supportive space to develop practical life skills and build confidence in managing life’s challenges. Together, we will explore unhelpful patterns of thinking, feeling, and behaviour, and work toward meaningful, lasting change that supports your everyday life.
Sessions may be attended weekly or fortnightly, depending on your needs. At Rosemont Psychology, therapy is tailored to your personal goals, schedule, and timeframe. A holistic approach is taken, considering all aspects of your life to ensure therapy feels realistic, supportive, and comfortable.
For clients under 16 years of age, parents or caregivers are included in a brief, “need-to-know” handover. This may include an overview of therapeutic strategies, goals, and any relevant between-session activities, helping parents to support their child’s progress. Clients aged 14 years and over may choose to have parents participate directly in sessions if they wish.
Confidentiality is always respected. Clients are supported to share their own experiences and progress with family or friends when appropriate, empowering them to maintain autonomy while feeling supported.
